Endgrain cutting boards are the most superior cutting surfaces available for the senior chef or home cook, allowing knife blades to slide between the wood’s fibers rather than cutting against their edge. This keeps the knives sharp much longer and prevents the cutting board from getting scarred up with slices from the knives.

The cutting boards are handcrafted in our Oakland workshop in Jersey where the perfect joins and meticulous sanding process are the keys to making perfect cutting boards of optimal size and a unique design using a combination of high-quality hardwoods.

The cutting boards are treated with 100% food-safe mineral oil and organic beeswax. Each order will include care instructions and a small container of food-safe Board Butter (a mixture of 100% food-grade mineral oil and organic beeswax) to maintain the life of your board.
